The Manitoba Chambers of Commerce (MCC) is making available a complete guide to all approved policy resolutions, as approved by the local Chamber network.
The policies contained in the following pages were approved MCC annual general meeting’s (AGM) in April 2014 in Dauphin, May 2015 in Brandon, May 2016 in Portage la Prairie, and May 2017 in Winnipeg. The 86th AGM held on May 4-5, 2017 was the first year resolutions (passed in 2014) came up for renewal.
The policy resolutions are at the heart of the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce and reflect our mission to champion sustainable economic growth leading to greater prosperity for business and communities in Manitoba. The focus of policy development falls under a number of key areas, including:
- Economic Competitiveness
- Rural Economic Development and Northern Manitoba
