A Bold Platform for Manitoba

The Manitoba Bold campaign was born out of a desire to elevate our sights and engage Manitobans in a discussion about the future of this province. Over the past year a number of events that attracted hundreds of Manitobans were held in which we asked a simple question…  “What is your bold idea for Manitoba”?  We quickly learned that not only did Manitobans have some great ideas for this province but there was an overwhelming sense that Manitobans are ready for a bold vision.

The Manitoba Bold platform consists of a number of policy announcements that are meant to make the economy and jobs the priority issue. The resolutions are presented in clusters by themes. Many of the BOLD ideas and resolutions have been integrated and incorporated into new resolutions, one of the strategic directions and / or in forwarded resolutions from 2011.

That the Province of Manitoba, like many Provinces, reviews the way it does business and consider its future direction in light of the following suggestions.
