I am wondering if anyone has an "in " with the City Of Winnipeg's leasing dept. ? I have been having conversations with a Jewellery Shop, "V's Fine Jewellery in the Concourse under Main St in regards to assuming the lease. We have been discussing this for approx 90 days at this point. The sticking point seems to be with the City which holds the lease, ideally I would like to speed things along so that I could take over in September, it seems to me as being a slam dunk , one goes out one comes in, Anyhow, I am looking for any kind of help, tips, suggestions , contacts.
