æ A people person. This might sound clichéd but in our case it’s a must. We work with clients, candidates and each other on a daily basis. People are literally our business so if you don’t like working with people then this isn’t the role for you.
æ Determination. No one is completely fearless and life is anything but a smooth ride, but because you love driving business and making a difference, you can move past the no’s and the challenges that might come your way.
æ Curiosity and Creativity. These two go hand in hand. If you love coming up with your own ideas and feel you have a creative approach to problem and solution solving, then you are a perfect match for us.
æ Intuition. There is always a level of intuition and gut feeling that is used in business. You trust yours to guide you when you need it.
æ Confidence. You know what you’re capable of and you know who you are. Your confidence allows you to make meaningful connections and important decisions.
æ Organization. Time management is your middle name. Recruiting is a fast paced business with multiple priorities so your organization skills will come in handy.
æ Common sense. Sometimes we take this for granted but common sense is important in business. You can see the details, from small to large but you also know that if you can’t solve something on your own, common sense dictates reaching out to get help from others.
