Manitoba Chambers of Commerce Announces “The Project Pipeline” – a New Way to Celebrate Our Members
Three years ago the Manitoba Chambers totally revamped its website to become the first chamber in Canada to put its members ‘front and centre’.
We believed then – and we believe to this day – that in addition to the traditional Chamber member benefits of advocacy, networking and affinity programs there is a huge value to our members and society in general in celebrating and sharing stories about Manitoba’s business community.
The feedback we have received – including over 120,000 visits to our website in the last 12 months alone – tells us we are on the right track.
That said; we are committed to staying on the lookout for new and better ways to share our members’ stories.
A number of our members, especially the smaller-sized businesses, have told us they would love to send in stories about their activities, but they just don’t have time to do full blown news releases.
As a result, we are introducing The Project Pipeline, a new category for our website that will feature a paragraph or two about our members’ projects along with a picture, links and/or video.
If you are a direct corporate member and wish to profile one or more of your projects email the details to sbarkman@mbchamber.mb.ca.
“With so many dynamic companies belonging to the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce, there is so much news to share about what’s going on in our community. The Projects Pipeline is a great way to share this news – and a great idea! I’m glad you thought of it.” RoseAnna Schick, President, RAS Creative.

“There is no shortage of exciting developments in new and refurbished building projects in Manitoba. MPHM extends a thank you to the Manitoba Chambers for yet another initiative that helps get the word out about the latest news regarding our activities and our clients.” Wendy Janzen, Project Manager | Western Region, MHPM Project Managers Inc.

“I think the Manitoba Chambers’ Project Pipeline is a great idea. Manitoba businesses are doing amazing things, locally and around the world. It’s important we share those stories, and our successes. An initiative like Project Pipeline is an excellent opportunity to do so.” Simon Burgess, Elemental Motion Media Inc.
