Bio: Kelly Cook is a Past president of the Selkirk and District Chamber of Commerce. 

He retired after 35 years in management at Manitoba Telephone System and is a newly elected councilor for the City of Selkirk. 

He is very involved in community and previously sat on or chaired numerous committees and boards. 

Kelly is married to wife Betty and they have two grown Children. 

He enjoys downhill skiing, biking, travel, boating, golf, all country music and cars.
