The Manitoba Chambers of Commerce is proud to announce that Director’s Liability Insurance is available to all chambers in Manitoba through Horizon Insurance.

Chamber Presidents,

We will require the attached application here (613 KB) to be completed and a recent financial statement from each Chamber in order to provide them with a quote for Director & Officers Liability Coverage under our program.

Each Chamber can either fax the documents to my attention or email them to me directly. Once I have the application, financial statement and a contact person I can contact the individual Chamber with a quote.
