Bio: Brian A. Kelly, P.Ag., MBA, FCMC – Chairman. Brian has worked for large multinational organizations including the CIBC and Deloitte and small firms including manufacturing with Kipp Kelly (no relation) and consulting with Kelly Associates and now Kelwin Management Consulting.

He held senior management positions at the bank (agricultural lending) and Deloitte (manager, consulting group) and general management experience with Kipp Kelly and Kelwin Management Consulting. He has been a partner in start-up of environmental packaging business and other ventures. 

Brian has served on the boards of the Manitoba and Canadian Chambers of Commerce, the Canadian Association of Management Consultants, Manitoba Rural Adaptation Council, and others. He holds several professional designations, including as a Certified Management Consultant and Agrologist. He is the recipient of a number of public service awards. 

Happily married to Penny for 38 years, they enjoy the cottage, international travel, sailing, and many other sports.
